Privacy Policy

Effective Date

The following Privacy Policy governs the online information collection practices of LifeReady STEM LLC (“we” or “us”). Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using our website and registration forms (the “Site”), and the ways in which we use this information.

By visiting and using the Site, you agree that your use of our Site, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by this Privacy Policy.

How We Collect and Use Information

We may collect and store personal or other information that you voluntarily supply to us online while using the Site. The Site collects personally identifying information from our users during online registration and purchasing. Generally, this information includes name, e-mail address, phone number, and billing information when registering for our courses or purchasing our products.

We use the information we collect from you in a variety of ways, including using the information to deliver requested educational services, customize features, and make other offers available to you via email or online advertising. We also collect and store information that is generated automatically as you navigate online through the Site. We may use a standard feature found in browser software called a “cookie” to enhance your experience, measure site traffic, and deliver targeted advertising on third-party platforms.

Phone & SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree that LifeReady STEM may occasionally call you to discuss your student's progress, address pressing deadlines, or answer any questions you might have. If you elect to receive SMS/text message updates, your phone number will also be used to send you important course reminders, seminar links, and relevant updates. We will not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Children’s Privacy Statement

This Site and our educational courses are designed for pre-college students. However, the Site and course registration processes are directed solely to parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under the age of thirteen without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information directly from a user under the age of thirteen without parental consent, we will delete such information from our records.

Third-Party Platforms

We never sell or give your information to be used by other companies. We may use third-party advertising platforms (such as Facebook/Meta or Google) internally to assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and reach new users. The use and collection of your information by these third-party advertisers is governed by the relevant third-party’s privacy policy. We do not transfer any sensitive data to any ad network or data broker.

Accessing, Changing, and Deleting Information

You may access, correct, update, and/or delete any personally identifiable information that you submit to the Site. You can remove yourself from our mailing lists at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link found in our communications.
